In the next few weeks, the San Antonio Botanical Garden will begin preparation for what is expected to be its most transformative expansion. The 8-acre, $16.7 million enterprise is projected to boost attendance by at least 35% and promote new investments along the burgeoning Broadway cultural corridor. The features planned for construction include a Welcome & Discovery Center, a culinary garden with an outdoor kitchen area, as well as a 2.5-acre family adventure area.
