The Nebraska Center for the Prevention of Obesity Diseases is receiving $11 million to continue its research on obesity prevention.
Founded five years ago, the center works to eliminate obesity-related health issues, including Type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
The current grant will help researchers examine nutrition at the molecular level.
