Mentorship Program Coming to All University of California Schools

A new mentorship program is coming to the majority of UC schools, with the exception of Santa Barbara.

The Blackstone Charitable Foundation’s “LaunchPad” program will offer mentorship opportunities for students through a network of business mentors.

A $5 million grant from the foundation will make those services available to students across all campuses by funding a full-time staff to run the programs and events, according to Sacbee.

The program already exists across 500,000 other campuses, connecting students to a large business network who can help mentor them through business ideas and projects.
