Female Philanthropy Group Opens Chapter in Milwaukee

Impact100, an international philanthropic movement built on collective giving, is opening a Greater Milwaukee chapter with the intention of granting at least $100,000 or more to the local nonprofit ecosystem every year. Like every Impact100 group, it will be comprised of at least 100 female philanthropists that donate $1,100 yearly to buy a vote in how to spend organization dollars. The Greater Milwaukee chapter will make grants to nonprofits with budgets between $300,000 and $5 million that focus on at least one of five categories: arts and culture, education, environment, family, and health and wellness.
