Enterprise Foundation Donates $30M for Conservation Projects in US

The Enterprise Rent-A-Car Foundation donated $30 million for watershed conservation projects across the U.S.

The Nature Conservancy will kick off the five year project that will focus on water management and conservation projects that will potentially impact more than 150 million people in the US and Europe.

River projects will focus on collaborating with local farmers and residents to develop plans to reduce nutrient runoff, restore watersheds, and to overcome stressors on water resources.

The project entitled “Routes & Roots: Enterprise Healthy Rivers Project” will target rivers in Colorado, Mississippi, Europe and Canada.
