The Darden Foundation donated $2M for Feeding America, the organization that is dedicated to feeding children around the world and ending world hunger.
“Through this partnership, food banks across the country will be able to provide more nutritious food to the one in eight Americans who struggle with hunger,” said Andy Wilson, chief development officer at Feeding America.
The organization currently provides more than 4.3 billion meals every year to help families who are living in poverty and facing food insecurity.
