The Aspen Community Foundation in Colorado awarded more than one million in grants to several nonprofits, announced earlier this week.

There were over 400 different donors for the cause, including individual donations and businesses across the state and funds were awarded to more than 35 nonprofits across different sectors.

Leadership at the Aspen Community Foundation said that the grants will help keep nonprofits that don’t receive much funding afloat, including organizations such as A Way Out, which focuses on youth health.
